Context and team 🤝
You are the Sales Leader of the Spanish and Portuguese markets for the whole company. Your main mission is to lead and develop the commercial strategy for these markets, managing existing key accounts, expanding the retail business, and driving business development in new verticals.
Externally, you are the Company Iberia representative for local media, professional networks… and internally in the company, you are the voice of the countries to translate the financial economics, the needs, ongoing activities and potential opportunities.
Your peers are the Sales leaders on other scopes. You report to the Chief Sales officer based in Paris.
Key responsabilities 📝
Leadership (30%)
- Direct management of 1 Key Account Executive in Portugal and 1 Key Account Executive in Spain
- Cultivate a team culture that includes bold initiatives and effective commercial practices in a positive environment
- Collaboration and functional management with local teams (Operations, Marketing, Tech, etc.) and Headquarters to align all the roadmaps
Business Development (50%)
- Follow the current pipeline to accelerate the sales cycle on Food retailers players
- Identify new verticals and market opportunities thanks to market analysis and a test & learn approach
- Develop business and strategic cases for new verticals to validate the market fit and expand the customer base.
Account Management (20%)
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention looking for upsell and cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare budget, forecasts and monitor sales performance and report to the management team.
- Act as the primary representative of the company in these markets participating in required global and local events

- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience as head of sales or similar roles
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving revenue growth
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
- Strong listening and analytical skills to understand client needs
- Persuasive mindset and resilience in the face of commercial challenges
- Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory ; professional proficiency in Portuguese language is highly prefered
- Retail and/or FMCG sector expertise

Work conditions 🌟
- 🏡 Based in Barcelona office
- 🌍 Business trips once per quarter in France (Paris) and Portugal (Lisboa) and around Spain when required
- 💲 Salary: 60 to 75k€ package
