As Chief People Officer, you will be the strategic leader of our People function and a key member of the Executive Committee, reporting to our Chief Executive Officer Simon Baldeyrou. Youâll define and drive our People vision, lead organizational transformation, and cultivate a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement â all while ensuring operational excellence. This is a rare opportunity to:

1. People Strategy & Leadership
Represent the People function at the Executive Committee and contribute to company-wide strategy.
Define and execute our HR vision aligned with business goals and company culture.
Lead organizational development and transformation as we scale and expand
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people matters.
2. Talent & Development
Own and execute our hiring roadmap with operational teams.
Build and evolve talent development frameworks: career paths, compensation policy, internal mobility, succession planning.
Lead performance management: feedback culture, biannual reviews, and ongoing coaching.
Train and support managers on key HR topics to foster leadership at all levels.
Drive engagement, motivation, and a high-performance mindset across all teams.
3. Culture & Employee Experience
Deliver a consistent and values-aligned employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Champion our values and foster a strong, purpose-driven company culture.
Lead our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts
Champion internal communication, environmental and social initiatives, and employee well-being.
Run quarterly engagement surveys and implement action plans to maintain our eNPS (>50) at a high level.
Promote unity, trust, and collaboration within the Executive Committee and across the company.
4. People Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee administration.
Implement HR performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making, and ensure regular reporting
Ensure full compliance with labor law in France and abroad (Spain and Portugal for now) and oversee social dialogue (Works Council / CSE meetings).
Handle offboarding processes with care and professionalism.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders (URSSAF, labor authorities, healthcare providers, etc.).
Your Team
Youâll lead a People team of four with 2 HR Business Partners, 1 Payroll Manager and 1 Office & Impact Manager.

- 8â12 years of experience in senior People roles, ideally in international and transforming environments.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Deep knowledge of French labor law and social dialogue practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience managing HR teams and budgets.
- Business-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and able to build trust at all levels.
- Fluent in English and French.

- 45-minute conversation with Emmanuelle, HRBP, to discuss your career goals, assess whether they align with what we offer, and understand your motivations.
- 1 hour interview with Simon, CEO.
- 1 hour interview with Pauline, current Chief People Officer.
- A meeting with other members of the executive committee.
- A team coffee, to give you the opportunity to get familiar with the environment and company culture.
